Since Shine at Home’s inception in 2010 we have been focused on the care and wellbeing of our clients. Maintaining independence is central to our clients hopes and desires. For this reason, we are always looking for new ways to service our customers with quality and affordable services that assist them to remain in their homes and not have to worry about giving up their friends, neighborhood, and their memories.

Publicly available information from 2021 shows the average senior living community in Ontario charged $3,999 per month. While the average senior’s income comes in at $2,800 per month.
You see the issue. Of course, many seniors can afford senior living communities. Alas, many more cannot.
Introducing Shine at Home Bundled Services
Since 2010 we have delivered quality Housekeeping, In Home Care, and Meal Preparation along with many more services. And we have done this at a fraction of the cost of a classic senior living community. Now we are bringing together three key services that will go a long way to helping our valued clients achieve their goal of independence.

1. Main Meal of the Day
From our kitchen team at the Inn on the Park we will prepare and deliver to your door the daily main meal. Whether it is meatloaf, lasagna, or salmon or any number of other meals, they are always accompanied with a fresh vegetable and potato, rice, or other offering to ensure the best taste and nutrition.
2. Weekly Housekeeping
We all know how a clean organized living space adds to our well-being. For the reason the Bundled Service Package includes weekly housekeeping along with laundry services. Your housekeeper will quickly get to know your particular needs and will endeavor to exceed your expectations.
3. Personal Medical Monitoring – Always there for you 24/7
We have partnered with Lifeline Canada, the premier provided of at home medical monitoring to be there when you need us. Anytime of the day or night we will respond to any situation in just moments with one of our team members. Further, we offer an upgraded Falls Monitoring device that will ensure our response even when you may not be able to activate the system.
For all of this we are charging $750 per month
